Hollow does not store or see your full credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
➔ Product Activation: To ensure your license is valid and used according to our Terms. ➔ Security: To monitor for fraudulent activity or unauthorized access attempts. ➔ Support: To troubleshoot technical issues tied to your specific hardware or network.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We do not sell your data to third parties. We only share data with: ➔ Payment Processors: To complete your purchase. ➔ Discord: To provide community support and license verification.
4. Your Rights (Access & Deletion)
Under PIPA, you have the right to: ➔ Request a copy of the data we have stored (your HWID and IP logs). ➔ Request the correction or deletion of your data. Note: Deleting your HWID data will result in the immediate termination of your software license.

We retain your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations.
